RETURN POLICY FOR MUSIC MERCHANDISE:
Music merchandise can be returned only if it is still sealed, or if it is defective.  You must call us for return authorization before returning music merchandise. Items that are still sealed can be returned for refund or exchanged for another item.  There will be no refund or exchange on an opened item unless it is defective - we will replace it with another copy of the same item only. An item will be considered defective if it fails to play correctly on at least one of the CD players currently available to us.
